Treasury - Liquina & LQnians
The Treasury is a dedicated reserve managed by QueenMaker DAO to support the long-term growth, expansion, and sustainability of the Liquina & LQnians community and the Liquina IP ecosystem.
Following the community governance vote conducted on January 30, 2025, assets held by the LQNA Deployer (0x214e...) were officially allocated to the Treasury. This decision, approved by a majority of Whale LQnians, was made to ensure that these assets are used transparently and meaningfully for the benefit of the community and the Liquina ecosystem.

✅ Treasury Purpose
Treasury will be exclusively utilized to:
Provide staking rewards for LQNA holders
Strengthen the Liquina & LQnians community and ecosystem
Support the expansion of the Liquina IP
Fund development, operations, and infrastructure
Support marketing, community growth, and partnerships
Sustain long-term ecosystem incentives
✅ Treasury Assets
The Treasury’s primary reserve will consist of LQNA, but assets may be exchanged and held in other tokens such as USDC, HYPE, or other assets when necessary for ecosystem operations and development. These assets will be used flexibly to ensure the healthy growth and sustainability of the ecosystem.
✅ Governance
Following the governance decision, the Treasury is fully and exclusively managed by QueenMaker DAO, which has been granted complete authority to independently operate, allocate, and execute the use of Treasury assets. This authority is strictly limited to the purpose of benefiting the Liquina & LQnians community and expanding the Liquina IP ecosystem.
QueenMaker will independently make decisions regarding the use of the Treasury within this scope, and all activities related to the Treasury will be transparently verifiable on-chain.
